Privacy

This website is Ugo Martellotta's personal portfolio. It collects as little data as possible. This page explains which data, why and how, in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU GDPR.

Google Analytics 4 (only with your consent)

If you click “Accept” in the banner, the site loads Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) to measure, statistically, page views, projects viewed, clicks on the CV or contact links, and traffic sources. If you decline, no Google script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set.

• Google signals (advertising, cross-device tracking) are disabled.
• GA4 does not store full IP addresses.
• Data may be processed in the United States under the Swiss-U.S. and EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
• Retention period: 14 months.
• Your choice is stored for 6 months in your browser (localStorage). You can change it at any time with the “Manage cookies” button at the bottom of every page.

Contact form

The name, email and message you send are used only to reply to you. They go through the Web3Forms delivery service, which forwards them by email to Ugo Martellotta. They are not sold or used for advertising.

YouTube videos

Videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you click a video.

Hosting

The website is hosted in Switzerland by eleves.mediamatique.ch. The server keeps technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) for security and proper operation.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to ugo.martellotta@hotmail.com. You can also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
